The tennis court is a shared facility for guests in the main house and the cottages.

We leave rackets and balls for you to borrow.

Everyone has direct access to the car-free trail around Carsington Water directly from our land.

We use Starlink to deliver high speed, unlimited free wifi throughout the property.

As a result, our TV are now SMART TVs with streaming available.

We leave a range of indoor and outdoor games around the properties for you to enjoy.

There is a dedicated Games Room for cottage guests, and we leave bats and balls for you to try your hand at Table Tennis

We've got a dedicated play area for children.

There are beautiful gardens behind the cottages with plenty of lawn for you to enjoy!

Every cottage has it's own terrace and Webber BBQ.

Our Log-fired Hot tub is available (additional charge) for Main Hall guests.

Inside the Hall is a Pool room for you to enjoy.

If you're musically inclined, nothing beats a night around the piano.

We've also got a dedicated Table Tennis Room for Hall Guests.
